Receiving feedback on how we're doing, whether it's good or bad, is important for the growth of our organisation and the development of our programmes. If you have a rave review about a CAS project you visited or participated in, or if you would like to make a formal complaint, please let us know by using the form on this page.

How we use feedback
Chapel Arts Studios (CAS) is a responsive organisation guided by a set of core values.
If you have a complaint about us, we want to know, and we will act efficiently to respond and, where we can, to put it right. We aim to deal with complaints fairly, professionally, and effectively, and ensure that all complaints are handled in a consistent manner. Confidentiality and discretion will be maintained, as far as is possible, to safeguard all parties.
While we always want to get it right the first time and rejoice in compliments, complaints can be a valuable part of quality improvement. CAS sets high standards and we want to know if we fall short of achieving them.

If you are not happy with the response we provide as a result of your feedback, you can make a formal complaints as follows:
