Artists in Residence: Andover Library, 1 - 2 November 2024


Could you be Andover’s new artist-in-residence this November?


Chapel Arts Studios and Andover Library are proud to invite you to apply for Andover’s new artist-in-residence programme, thanks to funding from Test Valley Arts Foundation.


We are looking for a resident artist or creative practitioner at:

  • Andover Library from Friday 1st November 1pm - 5pm and Saturday 2nd November 2024 from 10am - 5pm.
  • Paid between £220 - £350 per day/ £120 - £190 1⁄2 day (depending on experience) during the course of the residency. Additional hours for prep/planning and evaluation.
  • Materials budget is up to £250.


Our Artist in Residence (AIR) programme aims to enhance the interaction and engagement between visitors and the diverse disciplines within our artistic communities of Andover. This new initiative seeks to create a vibrant cultural exchange by integrating artists directly into the library environment.
