CAS Open Exhibition 2026


We are delighted to announce that the artists have now been selected for our Open Exhibition 2026!


Chapel Arts Studios' annual Open Exhibition explores our theme of hope and light through a diverse collection of artworks from talented artists working across a variety of mediums.


Expect thought-provoking and inspiring work that reflects the many ways light can enter our lives and imaginations.



Key dates:

Selected artists notified: Saturday 13th June

Work to be delivered: Saturday 20th or Monday 22nd June

Exhibition opens: Friday 26th June (opening event in the evening)

Exhibition ends: Saturday 25th July



Guest selector:

Artist
Mariele Neudecker exhibits widely, both in the UK and internationally.

Her work uses a wide range of media including sculpture, painting, film, photography as well as sound, with the quest to find a ‘Contemporary Sublime’.

She has a has a particular interest in Art, Science and the Environment and is Professor of Fine Art at Bath School of Art, Film and Media, where she runs the research cluster “Material | Art | Science | Environment | Research”.
